Barry Jones, MSW, LCSW

Barry has been at CLBH since October 2001. Previously he worked for Kenton County Schools and was a Treatment Director for Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky. Barry received his undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. During this time, he played football and was elected team captain; he won the Scholar Athlete of the Year award in 1995. Barry then went on to attain his Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 1997. He completed his independent licensure for the state of Kentucky in 2004.
Barry is an avid sports fan and donates his time helping coach high school football. He also spends time assisting in coaching his young sons’ sports teams. Barry is member of the Northern Kentucky Coaches Association and of the National Association of Social Workers.
Barry lives in Florence with his wife Deana, stepson Tanner, and sons Lucas, Aiden, and Seth.

Charley Mahoney, CPA

Charley joined the CLBH staff as Director of Finance in 2005 after 25 years in public accounting and private industry. He has a BS in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.
In his spare time, Charley serves as treasurer for several school and civic organizations including youth baseball, Cub Scouts, and school booster clubs; he is also a committee member for his son’s Boy Scout troop.
Charley lives in Ft. Thomas with his wife Sharon, daughter Lindsey, and sons Ryan and Matt.

Mary Oldiges, MSW, LCSW

Mary has been employed at CLBH since July 2007, but has been involved with the development of our Equine-Assisted Services program as a consultant since 2005. Prior to joining the Home, Mary was executive director of The Cleveland Home/Life Adventure Center in Versailles, KY, where she developed the first equine assisted counseling program in the state.
Mary is a licensed clinical social worker and received her graduate degree from the University of Chicago; she recently completed a year-long certificate program from Smith College in Clinical Work with Adolescents and Children. In addition, she is the past board president of Prevent Child Abuse Florida and the National Network of Social Work Managers.
An avid rider, Mary is passionate about horses and knows first-hand the benefits adolescents derive from working with these wonderful and healing animals.
