Yoga for Residents & Staff
Campbell Lodge residents and staff are enjoying weekly yoga classes on campus from registered yoga teacher Lynn Molitor.
After seeing photos in the Community Recorder about Springfest, she called us to volunteer her services each week during the summer. She likes teaching ashtanga yoga to
kids and hopes to give them tools for their everyday life.
Among other benefits, Lynn says yoga helps kids with their ability to focus and concentrate, with learning to slow down and relax, and with flexibility and physical conditioning. It also teaches kids to balance mind, body, and spirit.
The boys enjoy the classes and progress each week through practicing various poses and postures. Lynn has been practicing yoga for six years; she’s been teaching for five years.
We are grateful to Lynn for volunteering her time and talent!
