Summer Vegetable Garden
The boys have kept busy this summer working in the new vegetable garden each week. The rain and humidity have done wonders for the plants (and weeds).
In late May, a group of volunteers from St. Timothy's in Union helped plant the garden with the boys. In July, the fruits of their labor began to appear. Come August, there will be plenty of fresh produce to go around.
The zucchini are particularly impressive. At our annual Summerfest cookout on August 5, we'll enjoy the homegrown veges and celebrate another fun, informative summer.
The boys return to school on August 8.
